The Meeting Dates shown below for 2027 are the Saturday morning of the NCCC Governors Meeting Schedule voted on by the Board of Governors. The Location of the MWR Meetings for these years are yet to be determined.
At the last Midwest Region Meeting each year, the Midwest Region Governors vote to establish when the Regional Meetings will be held the following year. The Regional Meetings traditionally have followed the pattern below but should not be considered final until voted upon.

If you are driving:
From Hwy 70, take I-270 South. Take the Page East Exit. Stay in the right lane, exiting at the first exit, Lackland Road / Westport Plaza Drive. Make a right turn onto Lackland (heading West) and Make another right turn onto Westport Plaza Drive (heading North). Proceed to the first traffic light at Westline Industrial Drive and turn Left at the intersection heading into Westport Plaza Complex. Follow the road around to the Sheraton Plaza Hotel.

From Hwy 64/40, take I-270 North. Take the Page East Exit. Then follow above directions on Page.
From Hwy 55 (in Illinois), take Hwy 70 West to I-270 South. Take the Page East Exit. Then follow above directions on Page.
From Hwy 55 (Festus/Arnold area), take I-270 West. Take the Page East Exit. Then follow above directions on Page.

If you are flying:
Sheraton Westport Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service from 6:30 am – 11:00 pm on weekdays and 7:00 am – 11:00 pm on the weekends. Please use the courtesy phones near the luggage carousels to the Hotel after you have picked up your luggage. The shuttle service runs on the hour and half hour. Our driver will pick you up at exit MT 18 at the Main Terminal or at exit ET 15 at the East Terminal.

Early Sunday shuttle service is arranged by the NCCC Sergeant-at-Arms.

National Meetings Schedule
Committee Meetings ~ Friday Night at Various Start Times.
Room Assignments are usually linked on the NCCC Home Page
about a week before each Meeting.
Friday Night Hospitality Room opens about 7:00 or 8:00 p.m.
Governors Meeting ~ Saturday 12:30 p.m.
All meetings (Except the E-Board Meetings)
are open to the General Membership
